Ingredients
- 1 pound halal sausages (any variety)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Your choice of herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Prep the sausages by poking holes in each one to allow steam to escape.
- Season the sausages with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Serve with dipping sauces or alongside roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
