Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (4-6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (or fresh if available)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Air fry the salmon for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer, squeeze lemon juice over the top, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge before cooking. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
