Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and deboned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 cup heavy cream (halal-certified)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or parsley, if preferred)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.
- Combine the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the basket and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Add a splash of olive oil to a saucepan and sauté the minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard, seasoning with salt, pepper, and dill or parsley, letting it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve warm drizzled with the garlic cream sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Use fresh salmon for the best flavor; avoid overcrowding the air fryer for crispy results.
