  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth (halal)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (halal)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (canola or olive oil)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Shape the patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1 inch thick for even cooking.
  3. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
