Ingredients
- 1 to 2 whole heads of garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Fresh herbs (optional, like thyme or rosemary)
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the garlic by peeling away the outer layers and slicing off the top ¼ inch.
- Add olive oil and sprinkle sea salt over the exposed cloves.
- Wrap each head of garlic in aluminum foil to form a pouch.
- Air fry the garlic for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Enjoy! Carefully unwrap and squeeze the garlic cloves from their skins.
Notes
For an intense flavor, roast a bit longer but avoid burning. Fresh herbs can enhance the flavor.
