Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs beef roast (chuck or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth (halal if necessary)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Take your beef roast out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
