Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs beef roast (chuck or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth (halal if necessary)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Take your beef roast out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
