Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or halal cooking oil)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the steaks: Start by taking your ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.
- Season the steaks: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto both sides of the steaks.
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect sear.
- Air Fry the steaks: Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
