Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or halal cooking oil)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the steaks: Start by taking your ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.
  2. Season the steaks: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto both sides of the steaks.
  3. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect sear.
