Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted halal butter)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

- Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the steak: Place the steaks in the basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust times based on your preferred doneness.
- Check the internal temperature: Aim for 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Rest and serve: Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy.
