- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 pound halal sausage, sliced

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the halved potatoes and sliced sausage in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
- Place the mixture into the preheated air fryer basket without overcrowding.
