  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 pound halal sausage, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the halved potatoes and sliced sausage in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
