Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) for garnish
  • Optional: Grated cheese (like parmesan) for added flavor


Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into wedges.
  2. Soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes (optional) for extra crispiness.
  3. Dry the wedges with a towel. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix until well-coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
