Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) for garnish
- Optional: Grated cheese (like parmesan) for added flavor
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into wedges.
- Soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes (optional) for extra crispiness.
- Dry the wedges with a towel. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix until well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese if desired.
