  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or sweet paprika)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or a dairy-free alternative (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prep the potatoes: Pat the sliced potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. Optional soak: For extra-crisp results, soak the slices in cold water for 20 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.
  3. Season: In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, and garlic until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
