Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed (Yukon Gold or Russet)
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer by setting it to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat the veggies evenly.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the veggies, then toss again until well-coated.
- Place the seasoned potato and cauliflower mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the basket once cooked and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley if desired.
