Description

A cozy fall dish featuring crunchy and tender potato and cauliflower, perfect for easy home cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed (Yukon Gold or Russet)
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer by setting it to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat the veggies evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the veggies, then toss again until well-coated.
  5. Place the seasoned potato and cauliflower mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the basket once cooked and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Cut vegetables evenly for uniform cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to prevent steaming.
