Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or a small amount of oil
- Fresh herbs or spices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Prepare two heatproof ramekins or small oven-safe bowls by lightly spraying with cooking spray or brushing with oil.
- Add about half a teaspoon of white vinegar to each ramekin, if desired.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Season the eggs with a little salt and pepper.
- Air Fry the eggs for about 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye on them for your preferred consistency.
- Serve the eggs on toast, over a salad, or on their own with toppings.
