Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- Water (for cooking)
- Cooking spray (canola, olive oil, or a halal alternative)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: fresh herbs (like chives or parsley) or red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the air fryer basket by lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
- Crack the eggs into small ramekins or cups.
- Add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of water into the air fryer basket.
- Place the ramekins with the cracked eggs into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the eggs for about 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness at around 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs with tongs and season with salt, pepper, and optional garnishes.
- Serve immediately on toast or in a breakfast bowl.
Notes
