Ingredients

  • Water (for cooking)
  • Cooking spray (canola, olive oil, or a halal alternative)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: fresh herbs (like chives or parsley) or red pepper flakes for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the air fryer basket by lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  3. Crack the eggs into small ramekins or cups.
  4. Add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of water into the air fryer basket.
  5. Place the ramekins with the cracked eggs into the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the eggs for about 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness at around 8-10 minutes.
