Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- â…“ cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yogurt and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the pizza: Roll out the dough into a circle that fits your air fryer basket, aiming for about ¼ inch thick. If you prefer a thicker crust, simply roll it out a little thicker.
- Assemble: Place the rolled-out dough directly in the air fryer basket. Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce over the top, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Top with your sliced bell peppers, black olives, and mushrooms.
- Air fry: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Finishing touches: Once done, carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer. Let it cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
