Ingredients
- 8 cups Tortilla Chips (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or a pizza blend)
- 1 cup Pepperoni or Halal Sausage (sliced)
- 1 small Bell Pepper (diced)
- ½ cup Olives (sliced, optional)
- 2 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Add half of the shredded cheese, pepperoni or halal sausage, diced bell peppers, and olives if using.
- Repeat layering with the remaining tortilla chips, cheese, and other toppings.
- Season with Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Air Fry for about 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with pizza sauce and sliced green onions before serving warm.
Notes
For best results, layer nachos in a single layer and avoid overcrowding. Use high-quality cheese for maximum melt.
