Description

Crispy tortilla chips topped with melted cheese, savory meats, and colorful vegetables, perfect for cozy fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups Tortilla Chips (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or a pizza blend)
  • 1 cup Pepperoni or Halal Sausage (sliced)
  • 1 small Bell Pepper (diced)
  • ½ cup Olives (sliced, optional)
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for heat)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Layer half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  3. Add half of the shredded cheese, pepperoni or halal sausage, diced bell peppers, and olives if using.
  4. Repeat layering with the remaining tortilla chips, cheese, and other toppings.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Air Fry for about 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with pizza sauce and sliced green onions before serving warm.

Notes

For best results, layer nachos in a single layer and avoid overcrowding. Use high-quality cheese for maximum melt.
