- 4 large russet potatoes

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Wash the russet potatoes and cut into wedges.
- Soak for crispiness: Soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
