Description
A warm, fluffy Air Fryer Omelette that’s perfect for cozy fall mornings or quick brunches, packed with seasonal flavors.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Wash and chop your vegetables, ensuring they are bite-sized for an even cook. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Mix in the filling: Add the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture. Stir gently until combined.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to preheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the pan: Lightly grease an air fryer-safe pan or dish with a little oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Pour in the mixture: Carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Air fry the omelette: Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. Check for doneness— the omelette should be set and slightly golden on the top.
- Serve and enjoy: Once cooked, carefully remove the pan from the air fryer. Let it cool for a minute before slicing. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Fresh eggs yield a fluffier omelette. Don’t overload the filling to ensure even cooking.
