Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops (preferably rib or loin cuts)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Marinate the Lamb Chops: Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer for best flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry the Lamb Chops: Place the marinated lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Rest and Serve: Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
Notes
For juicier results, choose rib or loin lamb chops. Adjust marination time and check doneness using a meat thermometer.
