Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and paprika.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Lightly grease the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer and cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Glaze the Chicken: In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve it alongside your favorite autumn sides.
