Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Prepare the meat mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently.
- Shape the patties: Divide the mixture into four portions, rolling each into a ball and flattening into a patty.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 360°F (182°C) for even cooking.
- Cook the patties: Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 9-10 minutes, flipping halfway. Add cheese last minute if desired.
- Check for doneness: Ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Serve and enjoy: Serve hot with toppings on buns or as a low-carb option.
Notes
Don’t overwork the meat and adjust cooking time for thicker patties. Store remnants in an airtight container.
