Instructions

  1. Prep your bread: Start by spreading 1 tablespoon of butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer on the cheese: Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in a single layer and pile a generous amount of cheese on top.
  3. Complete your sandwich: Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
