Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs or breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place it into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
