Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breast)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ยฝ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk until well combined. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat the air fryer: While the chicken is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Arrange the chicken: Once marinated, place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken: Air fry the chicken for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (75ยฐC).
- Serve: Remove the chicken from the air fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve with Greek yogurt and fresh parsley.
Notes
Marinate longer for better flavor and use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
