Ingredients
- 1 pound of shelf-stable gnocchi (store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or basil, optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl, tossing until well coated.
- Transfer the gnocchi into the air fryer basket, spreading them in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Remove the gnocchi when golden brown and crispy. Serve topped with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese if desired.
