  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Start by cutting the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1 inch each.
  2. Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Marinate the salmon: Gently add the salmon cubes to the marinade, tossing them until fully coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  5. Air Fry the salmon bites in a single layer for about 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
