Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon: Start by cutting the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1 inch each.
- Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
- Marinate the salmon: Gently add the salmon cubes to the marinade, tossing them until fully coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Air Fry the salmon bites in a single layer for about 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish and serve: Remove the salmon bites and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
