Description
A hearty mixture of tender steak, fluffy potatoes, and savory garlic butter, perfectly cooked in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley (or fresh, if available)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Aluminum foil for wrapping
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: In a mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and half of the minced garlic (2 cloves). Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Prepare the Steak: In another bowl, combine the steak pieces with melted butter, the remaining minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Assemble the Foil Packets: Cut out four large squares of aluminum foil. Place a portion of the seasoned steak in the center of each square. Surround the steak with an equal portion of the seasoned potatoes. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the bowl over the contents of the foil packets.
- Seal the Packets: Fold the foil over the steak and potatoes, sealing all edges tightly to trap in moisture and flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook the Packets: Place the sealed foil packets in the air fryer basket and cook for about 18-20 minutes. Cook time may vary based on the size of your steak pieces and potatoes.
- Check for Doneness: Carefully open one packet to check if the steak is cooked to your liking; it should be tender and juicy.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once cooked, carefully unwrap each packet (be cautious of steam), and serve hot.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary to ensure proper air circulation. Customize seasonings to your preference.
