Ingredients
- 2 frozen salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (fresh or dried)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the frozen salmon fillets by taking them out of the packaging.
- Season the salmon with a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the salmon fillets for 10-12 minutes until they flake easily and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
