Ingredients

  • 2 frozen salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (fresh or dried)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the frozen salmon fillets by taking them out of the packaging.
  3. Season the salmon with a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry the salmon fillets for 10-12 minutes until they flake easily and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
