Description
Deliciously crispy potstickers made in an air fryer, perfect for cozy fall gatherings.
Ingredients
- 16 oz package of frozen potstickers (chicken, vegetable, or your favorite halal filling)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for brushing)
- Soy sauce (or a gluten-free alternative)
- Rice vinegar
- Chili paste
- Sesame oil
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Take the frozen potstickers out of the freezer; there’s no need to thaw them.
- Brush each side of the potstickers lightly with vegetable oil.
- Place the potstickers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the potstickers for 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer once golden and crispy, and serve with dipping sauce and green onions.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the basket for even cooking. Experiment with different dipping sauces for variety.
