Instructions
- Prep the shrimp: Peel and devein the shrimp, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Set up your breading station: Place flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in one bowl; beat eggs in the second bowl; and place panko breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
- Coat the shrimp: Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat your air fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp: Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray and place the shrimp in a single layer.
- Fry the shrimp: Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
