  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, add chicken pieces and pour in the buttermilk. Make sure each piece is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
