  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the buttermilk and half of the salt (½ teaspoon). Place the chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture, making sure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
