Ingredients
- 2 filet mignon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the steaks: Take the filet mignon out of the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking. Season each side generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the steaks: Brush each filet lightly with olive oil. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
