Description

Delicious and nutritious Air Fryer Egg Bites, perfect for breakfast or as a snack, easily customizable with your favorite ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (or your favorite non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a cheese blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or your seasonal favorites)
  • Optional: Cooked and crumbled halal turkey bacon or sausage
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or basil) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the fillings like shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and any optional ingredients.
  4. Grease silicone muffin molds or ramekins with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Fill the molds with the egg mixture, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Air Fry for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are slightly golden.
  7. Cool the egg bites before gently removing them from the molds and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t overfill the molds and feel free to swap out ingredients based on what’s available.
