Delicious and nutritious Air Fryer Egg Bites, perfect for breakfast or as a snack, easily customizable with your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (or your favorite non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a cheese blend)
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or your seasonal favorites)
- Optional: Cooked and crumbled halal turkey bacon or sausage
- Optional: Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or basil) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the fillings like shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and any optional ingredients.
- Grease silicone muffin molds or ramekins with cooking spray or oil.
- Fill the molds with the egg mixture, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Air Fry for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are slightly golden.
- Cool the egg bites before gently removing them from the molds and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overfill the molds and feel free to swap out ingredients based on what’s available.
