Delicious and crispy parmesan potato bites made in an air fryer, perfect for fall gatherings or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of baby potatoes
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your potatoes: Start by washing your baby potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- Boil the potatoes: In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook the potatoes for about 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool.
- Seasoning time: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Coat the potatoes: Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently stir until they are evenly coated with the cheesy mixture.
- Air fry the bites: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated potato bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm: Remove the bites from the air fryer and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
