Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each), patted dry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted ghee
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Brush each cod fillet lightly with olive oil, then rub with lemon juice, lemon zest, and the spice mix (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper).
- Place fillets in a single layer in the basket, skin-side down if they have skin.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–12 minutes depending on thickness.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill and a final squeeze of lemon.
