Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each), patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted ghee
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Brush each cod fillet lightly with olive oil, then rub with lemon juice, lemon zest, and the spice mix (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper).
  3. Place fillets in a single layer in the basket, skin-side down if they have skin.
