Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Cod: Pat your cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Season the Fillets: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the Fish: Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve: Carefully remove the cod, serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
Notes
Ensure there’s space around the fillets in the air fryer for even cooking. Cod is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
