Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings (fresh or thawed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Your favorite wing sauce or dipping sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, Ranch, etc.)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through the cooking time.
- If using sauce, transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl and toss them with your preferred dipping sauce.
- Plate your wings with celery sticks and your favorite dip on the side.
