Description

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken thighs by patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and the seasoning mix.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
