Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the chicken thighs by patting them dry with paper towels.
- Mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and the seasoning mix.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
