Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a fragrant marinade.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the bowl and toss until all pieces are well-coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: While the chicken marinates, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
- Cook the Chicken: Place the skewered chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
