  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a fragrant marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the bowl and toss until all pieces are well-coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: While the chicken marinates, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
