  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice level)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)


Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and add it to the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.
