Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice level)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and add it to the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.
- Lightly spray the kebabs with cooking oil.
- Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overcrowd.
- Cook the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning them halfway through.
