Description
A creamy and delightful Air-Fryer Cheesecake perfect for cozy fall gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a suitable air fryer-safe baking dish or springform pan.
- Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until combined. Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, and mix well. Finally, add the eggs one at a time, beating just until incorporated.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Air Fry the Cheesecake: Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Carefully place the cheesecake in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the air fryer and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Once finished, remove the cheesecake from the air fryer and allow it to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling. Don’t skip the chilling time!
