Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the cauliflower: Start by washing and breaking the cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
- Blanch the cauliflower: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Let them blanch for about 2-3 minutes.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine cauliflower and sauce: Add the blanched cauliflower to the cheese sauce and stir until coated.
- Air Fry the dish: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes, then transfer the mixture to the basket and sprinkle with extra cheese.
- Cook: Air fry for about 12-15 minutes until melted and golden brown, shaking halfway through.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
