Ingredients
- 1 pound of baby carrots (washed and trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the carrots by placing washed baby carrots in a mixing bowl.
- Season the carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve the carrots in a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
