Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: Grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and pat dry.
- Combine the broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan or nutritional yeast if desired before serving.
Notes
