Description

Juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Beef Burgers, perfect for cozy fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Buns of your choice
  • Toppings (optional): sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to gently mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Form the Patties: Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and gently shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Cook the Burgers: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the patties in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add cheese for the last minute if desired.
  5. Assembly Time: Once cooked, remove the burgers and allow them to rest. Toast your buns if preferred and assemble with desired toppings.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately with a side of baked fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

Notes

Avoid overworking the meat for tender burgers. Ensure even patty sizes for consistent cooking.
