Description
Juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Beef Burgers, perfect for cozy fall gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Buns of your choice
- Toppings (optional): sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to gently mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Form the Patties: Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and gently shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Burgers: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the patties in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add cheese for the last minute if desired.
- Assembly Time: Once cooked, remove the burgers and allow them to rest. Toast your buns if preferred and assemble with desired toppings.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately with a side of baked fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Notes
Avoid overworking the meat for tender burgers. Ensure even patty sizes for consistent cooking.
