  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or sesame oil for flavor)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the sliced beef, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavor).
  2. Coat the beef: After marinating, sprinkle the cornstarch over the beef and toss to ensure an even coating.
  3. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beef: Place the marinated beef slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
