- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Prep the sweet potatoes: Start by thoroughly washing and scrubbing them under running water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a clean towel.
- Prick them: Use a fork to prick several holes all over each sweet potato.
- Season: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
