Ingredients
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts (preferably marinated)
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (or a vegetarian alternative)
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (gluten-free if desired)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray for drizzling
Instructions
- Open the cans of artichoke hearts and drain them thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the artichoke hearts with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Next, dip each artichoke heart into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring full coverage.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the coated artichoke hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve warm on a cozy platter.
