- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions
- Prepare the apples: Peel, core, and dice your apples into small pieces.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; whisk gently.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
- Mix everything together: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold in the diced apples.
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
